My colleagues Zhang Yi and Huang Yawei are usually a great team. Last week, they received an urgent task to deliver goods that were originally scheduled for Monday. Due to an unexpected emergency from the customer, who urgently needed our products, they received the message at around 11 PM on Saturday and immediately set off to provide timely assistance, much like 'adding fuel to the fire' in a snowstorm. Fortunately, their prompt delivery prevented the customer's night shift from facing a shutdown, saving the customer valuable time. They truly acted out of genuine concern for the customer's needs, just like the exemplary deeds of Lei Feng described in essays.
