精密陶瓷型芯是一类特殊的功能结构陶瓷制品，作为铸件空腔成型的转接体，用于精密铸造工艺中。陶芯性能的优劣和质量的可靠性通常直接影响空心铸件的合格率、制造成本和产品质量。作为先进制造技术之一的陶芯型芯制造技术，对航空航天工业、能源工业和精密铸造工业有着重要的影响。以我司新开发的高端汽配陶芯为例说明陶芯在复杂铸件成型中的应用。这里所谓高端汽配陶瓷即为某著名汽车品牌所使用的涡轮周边通油管路专用的陶瓷型芯产品，该产品是我司2018年专门为某大客户定制开发的。众所周知，由于涡轮增压器周边通油管路内腔形状复杂，传统铸造工艺无法做到一体成型，只能通过后期焊接或螺丝拼接来实现一体化，这种工艺会导致铸件的尺寸精度和力学性能都无法满足整车厂对该配件产品的新要求。在使用我司陶芯之前，客户通常在送样阶段就会被淘汰。在知悉客户的具体要求和技术参数后，我司研发部门采用我司专利技术：两段式烧结陶瓷型芯的制作方法成功开发出涡轮周边通油管路专用陶瓷型芯，帮助客户实现通油配件一体铸造的设想，协助客户最终获得该产品的年度订单。除了高端汽配配件外，目前我司的陶芯产品在高尔夫球头铸造、五金制造和泵阀铸件等领域得到广泛的使用。我司的高新技术产品——叶轮陶芯，已经在大型核电铸件中得到了客户的认可和采用。未来，我们将开发能源领域燃气轮机和航空发动机叶片铸造专用的叶片陶芯，进军制造业的皇冠明珠。

As a kind of special functional structure ceramic products, the precision ceramic core (abbreviated as "ceramic core") is used in the precision casting process as an adapter to form the cavity of the casting. Its function is to form the inner cavity of the casting with designed structure and accurate dimension. Ceramic cores are usually used to form the cavities of castings with complex shapes or difficult to form by traditional casting method. By using such a special processing tool, our customers can simplify the process, reduce the cost and increase the qualification rate of the products. In order to help understand the ceramic core's role, here showed a successful case of ceramic core. In the year of 2018, we developed a special ceramic core for turbine peripheral oil-passing parts for auto parts per customer's demand. Due to the complicated shape of the oil-passing accessory's inner pipe, the customer failed to make the parts as a single piece by the traditional processing after hundreds trials. When customer finally made this parts by welding or screw splicing, however, they found that dimensional precision and mechanical properties of the parts that cannot meet end-user's higher requirements. At the request of the customer, a specific ceramic core was developed as special tool to help customer to make the casting of oil-passing parts in whole. Finally, customer succeeded to make the perfect casting and gained annual order from end-used. Except auto parts market, our ceramic cores have been applied to the golf equipment market, the hardware market, and the pump valve market. In future, we are going to develop ceramic core for energy industry and aero-space.

作为泡沫陶瓷中使用温度最高的氧化锆质过滤器，主要应用于各种铸钢件的生产中。近年来，随着不锈钢制品的广泛应用，全国铸钢产量连续增长，同时市场对不锈钢产品质量要求也不断提升。为适应铸钢客户对过滤器产品的品质更高的要求，我司开发出两大系列的锆质泡沫陶瓷过滤器，其中CF600黄色系列的锆质过滤器适用于从普通碳钢或到大型不锈钢铸件的生产净化；CF610白色系列的高纯锆质过滤器则适用于特种钢，高合金钢等高端铸件的生产，特别适用于航空航天和国防领域的铸件生产需求。我司的CF610白色系列锆质过滤器成功打破国外此产品的垄断地位，已经在国外的某航空精铸企业使用了很多年。随着我国航空航天和国防的事业的飞速发展，我司上述二大系列产品将有广阔的市场空间。

For this reason, in recent years, our company has continued to improve the performance of products to meet the needs of modern industries. According to data released by the China Foundry Association, the proportion of national cast steel output has been rising in past five years. In particular, due to the rapid development of the aviation field, the demand for various aviation castings is also increasing. With the open of purchasing system in aero-space area, more and more companies have chance to step into the high-end casting industry that resulted in an increasing demand for high-end filters in this field. In order to meet this new requirement, we specially developed high purified white Zirconia filter of CF610 series that has been successfully used in one foreign aviation enterprises for many years. We believe our products have a broad market prospect in the future.
